Temporary Resident Visas

Can be single or multiple entry

DevRae Canadian Immigration Consulting has the experience and skills to provide you with consulting services that will help you apply within the  immigration acts and regulations. This is what ensures a foreign national gets their visa.

We evaluate each client case and ensure their strengths and eligibility is highlighted in their application.

Remember, one of the main factors to consider when applying for a temporary resident visa is your ability to convince the immigration officer that you will return to your home country if issued a visa (IRPR s.179).

So if you would like to come to Canada to visit family, come for a tour, attend a business meeting or any other reason that will make you require a temporary resident visa, contact us.

Note that citizens of some countries do not need a visitor's visa to visit Canada.

Check here to see if you do not require a temporary resident Visa. If that applies to you, then you will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to visit Canada. Feel free to contact Devrae for further details about getting an ETA.

When applying for a visitor's visa, there is a general checklist and sometimes a checklist for your individual country depending on what country passport you are applying with.

Note that what is listed in the checklist is not the only documentation that can be submitted with an application.

Contact us to apply for a temporary resident visa or ETA.

We will be glad to work with you.

If you must take any advice from our website, remember this:

"As long as the applicant is not able to provide sufficient evidence to convince the immigration officers that they have applied within the objective of the Canadian immigration act, they will more than likely deny the application"
